Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
By using Face Value you agree to these simple terms.
Using the game
Face Value is free to play for fun. Please play fair: do not try to break the game, attack the service, or use bots or scripts to get around how it works.
Accounts and friends
An account is optional. Keep your invite code to people you want on your board. Do not use the friends board to harass anyone, and do not pretend to be someone else.
Content
Photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their free licenses, credited in the game. The Face Value name, look and code belong to its creator.
No guarantees
The game is provided as is. Puzzles can have mistakes, the service can go down, and we can change or stop it at any time. We are not liable for lost streaks or progress.
Privacy
How we handle your information is covered in the Privacy Policy.
